Bogle lets people create, publish, and play interactive stories. By creating or using an account, you agree to use Bogle lawfully and in line with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep control of your sign-in method, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Do not create accounts to evade an enforcement action or to impersonate another person.
Your content
You keep ownership of the stories and other content you submit. You give Bogle the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and deliver that content to operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Interactive and AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate; review it before sharing it.
Visibility and sharing
Private stories and conversations are available only to the account that created them. Public stories may appear in Bogle discovery. Unlisted stories are not listed in discovery, but any signed-in Bogle account with the complete link can open them. Treat an unlisted link as shareable, not as a password.
Safety and enforcement
Do not use Bogle to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, spam, infringe rights, or break the law. You can report a person or story in the app. Bogle may investigate reports and remove content, limit distribution, suspend, or terminate accounts when these Terms or the Community Guidelines are violated.
Service changes and contact
Bogle may change, suspend, or discontinue features to keep the service safe and reliable. We may update these Terms and will show the effective date above. For support or questions, contact hello@bogle.chat.
